Kirwan Aquatic Centre's 25 metre heated pool is perfect for lap swimmers, water play and swim school customers, including our large school groups and childcares. It is also home to Townsville Brothers Swimming Club. This pool is partly shaded and was recently re-painted in August 2015.

Kirwan Aquatic Centre's enclosed heated pool has been specifically designed for our learn to swim program. Officially opened in 2013, this 16 metre pool was funded by Kristie and David to expand the baby program in a secure environment. It has been a welcome addition alongside the existing 25 metre outdoor heated pool at Kirwan Aquatic Centre.
